i called M3 earlier and they are very sure that it will not be any free upgrade if we are getting Android 2.2 even in 1-2 months time with the assumption they have 2.2 compatible version.
so it seem like it is not a good investment, any suggestion?

QUOTE(stJimmy111 @ Aug 1 2010, 11:14 AM) Papago have very poor rating in marketplace, use ndrive better, they got Malaysia maps oso n have full support for froyo n eclair I have tried ndrive. It not good at all. Many roads missing. Even google map is better. So my preference is:- 1) Papago with MFM <- this will have most updated maps. But will wait till it support Froyo. 2) Brut Google Navigation <- Using this while waiting papago support Froyo.

Hey papago users, I noticed there's a little annoyance when I navigate thru federal highway, sometimes it will ask me to take the RAMP, but then when I took the RAMP, it ask me to go down the RAMP, effectively going straight!
Coupled with bad auto-zoom support in papago that always show me too zoomed in, this is kind of funny and frustrating!

I also had this problem when I use Garmin, while selecting the shortest path as priority.

QUOTE(nghj @ Aug 5 2010, 06:45 PM) any papago promotion/special price during recent pcfair? I was at the PC fair that was from 6 Aug to 8 Aug, and they had WinMo and Android versions for RM119. They claimed that the Android version supports up to ver 2.1, and that it is is possible to get the latest maps from malfreemaps (or I may have heard wrong). Anyone tried it out?

QUOTE(KTCY @ Aug 10 2010, 08:31 PM) How to load MFM map to Papago ? Install the MFM map in your PC. Then cut and paste the whole folder with the map in your Android. I think the folder name is "Map" The map for Android should be in your SD card...
