had a nice ride, 17km today, steroid and helipad, was a shame every1 had to leave early (SC, followed by adrian/tim, then the rest), was hoping to do more. but still kept up with training plans, minimum 50km /weekend. this weekend managed 54km. next weekend most likely 0km, got assignment due on the 14th
 . ever get that feeling when ur climbing, and u feel ur breath, life and blood is being sucked out of u during the climb? adam had that feeling. adam literally had his blood sucked during the climb up helipad   |

phew...... completed the penang kayuh lasak although the route had been reversed and late start due to decision making by the organiser...
but its still a 45km trail and took me 5 hours... fortunately that not hot sun and i finished it safely....

If u are still choosing between RM600 or RM850 fork... then I understand. But you are choosing RM3k fork... Just few hundred you wanna choose a not so good one? Anyway, already so Intensely involved... you surely need to go to Kiara or BC to test. Or else, it is something like buying a sports car drive in kampung road. Tak ngam. Or buy MTB go ride on road. Tak ngam. So... adjustable is surely the way to go. After all, what is few hundred compared to what you have put in? And and ... and... furthermore... Nikon got grey color 70-200... which is rare... You can always find out whether Talas got Red color or not. He! He! He! |
