Internet TV , as far as browser (latest feature) is concerned , it is a hassle if external keyboard is not enabled. You have to basically use the remote control to toggle between a,b,c,d, etc. It would take approximately 15 seconds to type yahoo.com .. I've seen this feature and tried that in SH kota damansara.. feature wise it is very attractive but user interface lacks a lot to be desired until a wireless keyboard can be attached to the package!

And also i saw what chinese termed as '颗粒感‘ (grainy ?) on its display, in this new D series (on 42") compare to a toshiba LED.. Sorry, i could only compares to this Toshiba as it was placed side-by-side..

Where you get such price, I only managed to get around 2.6K.

i would like to buy a 32" lcd tv~
my budget is around 1000--1200+-
use for normal astro broadcast (not astro beyond) n all my family members work on week days, thus tv is oni used after work.
which brand is better option??
as i read through brochures, in tis price range, tat're many options n duno which 1 to choose~

Need recommendations for a 55"/60" TV. Currently I have a Pioneer Kuro 42" plasma which I am very happy with, apart from its size.

Will use it mainly for Astro SD (sports) and movies (BR & DVD) in a dim room. No interest in 3D at all.

Budget: don't mind paying more for quality and reliability.

The new samsung 8000 series still have crosstalk issues but its much lesser than last year's model. Actually this year's model improve alot in brightness when viewing content in 3D.

I'm still waiting a review on sharp's 2011 led tv. le830m series.

I'm wondering between samsung D7000 and sony's NX720, which is better....

Not sure if LG is bringing in their flagship 2011 model, the LW9500 to malaysia or not. Because they are not bringing in to singapore.

why is internet tv important, is it possible to stream with such amount of information on hi def, can this be done without unifi?

Cheapest LED 42" full HD is LG going for RM 2,099 at Carrefour. Best deal in town at the moment. Not sure about the pic quality though.

My advise.. dont get this TV.
R u looking for 3DTV. As of now, i wont recomment people to get LED 3DTV because of ghosting/crosstalk. But if u insist on it get the new 2011 model.
In term of 3D performance, UA46D6600 has a better 3D implementation compared to UA46C8000/UA46C7000

According to the salesman in Carrefour, MidValley, this model was launched at the end of 2010 and after the CNY LG offered special price due to its popularity to push up production. I personally saw it and the panel is very thin which is consistent with the characteristics of the latest model. I noticed that Sony lcd 40" with a thick panel is RM 1,999/- and the very thin latest model which is LED is RM 2,999/-

Good 2D TV with a lot off features... but pity, its not a good 3DTV...

Which LG model? Is it brand new or display unit? Keen to buy...
