Hi, would like to know the RTD1073 and RTD1283, which one is more powerful? Heard a lot of people said the RTD1283 is the most powerful chipset for multi media player at the moment, is that true?

I doubt it. Other then heat factor & also recording capability no difference from the RTD1073. As for HD Audio have to wait & see.

I heard that realtek already settle HDaudio licensed issue.~ realtek 1283(X) chipset.

too bad they cant fix or give alternative solution to the current model?

Well, do your brand have forum to solve the problem for consumers? Do your player can adapt to third party firmware like YAMJ? Do you have office so that customers can visit your office for the defect unit issue? Do you have staffs to help you solve the customers query? Do you have social responsibility like committed the tax and employees welfare? Do you have....

should you buy a toyota vios or a honda city or a proton persona? although all are ~1.5 cars, there are many buyers for each of the model. the same goes to yangxi product. if you think acryan is better, the just go for it. if you think saving some money and getting another brand player is fine, then go for it. it all boils down to personal preference.
