Yangxi, I heard a lot of bad things regarding Xtreamers...especially the moderators in their forums...and less firmware upgrades etc...can we still trust Xtreamer with this new product?

Not sure.. heard that develope by China team.

EErr.. cannot. new chipset (1073x+ ) . Early software might downmix. Bitstream soon.

Realtek 1075 also release soon (1-2month?).. will beat Sigma.

I heard Sigma will focus on 3D chipsets in coming projects. So it will not so easily beaten by others.

does this mean new xtreamer can decode DTS HD and Dolby HD aswell?

or just True HD?

1073(x) , 1283(x) new chipset can decode all.

but i need to confirm wheter can bitstream .. Now Truehd got sound liao.

Are there any cheap 1073x or 1283x player in the market? That Xtreamer sidewinder is soooo expensive.
I found this Taiwanese Zinwell ZP-600T, slightly cheaper than eaget m890, will you consider to bring that in?

my 1283 product release soon .. (manufacture keep delay~)
don't worry.. my price always reasonable~.

1073+ (1073C+) support 7.1 Bitstream. but no still no TRUEHD.

So 1073+ only able to bitstream DTS HD MA only? I heard 1283+ can bitstream both DTS HDMA and Dolby True HD. So this means 1283+ is far much more better.

Well, hope the Realtek 1073X & 1283X is not going to be like the old Sigma issue with DTS, almost 1 year only can downmix. Seems Realtek says by June can Bitstream but nowadays the schedule always push back! Anyone want to take a risk with this new Realtek chipset player?
