Hmmm...nowadays i see fresh grad that just came out from Local Uni
get lower pay coz too many come out at same time. That's why it is a good idea to study in private colleges. |

wat i mean is not where u graduate from. Is when you graduate. Even if you're from private college, if you graduate around the same time with local grads, you're bound to this rule.

i dont see the point of studying in private college would get u a better pay. Its more towards of what you study and the kind of work you are in.

Thats why mostly companies have 3 months probation for new employees
U can lie about your studies, experiences or whatsoever during the interview but they definitely will dig out everything from you during the period |

rukawa is not talking about WHERE you grad from but WHEN you do. It's all about supply and demand. Think of durain season. Durian berlambak... price goes down. Local uni grad around the same time meh? (not sure about this) Effectively producing "graduate student" season. When there are 3000 people applying for the same job, the employers can quote peanuts for salary and some one will still take the job.
