A normal fresh graduate should be expecting around RM$1500 - RM1900... for a business degree work... For science or engineering degree graduates, should be expecting no more than RM$2200... finding work in Malaysia is very hard... high competition also. Try your best.

USM's mechanical engineering degree ..easy to hit rm6000 per month d if work in singapore..

That's is quite low if you put yourself as spore work force. Fresh diplomat is around 1800-2100.

fresh diploma around SGD1600++ for those graduated from malaysia ..1800-2100 is for fresh diploma graduated from Singapore Poly.over sgd2000 doesnt means 2100...

You are not checking the market rate la.
Fresh diploma without pr is 1.8k-2.1k. sporean can get 2.4k.

I'm in first level support, call centre.

Position: IT Support Engineer

Basic: RM 3.5 k
Shift allownce: RM 800
Leave: 15 days annually

I know not as high as Shell IT. But I think quite good le for permanent employment status.

never come across a diploma holder with fresh can get above 2k......all i know is at min RM1500 & below Rm2k

i think he talking bout singapore rate..my company diploma holder only get $1600++ .while basic salary for degree ppl around $2500 ..some of my friends(degree holder) even get lower than $2000 for thier basic salary ..mind share with us which company offer $2100 for diploma holder?

there are some lucky fresh grads getting as high as 2.5-4k !

They are good. i believe only those crops of the creme will get 3-4k as starting salary in big co.
