Ya consider low when compare with ppl i know in other companies with same level job, but i get alot of flexibility and no long hours like other publishing company. Most ppl in publishing production line work till late very often and sometimes no weekend also. Got offer from another company last year for around 4k+ but that kind of publication stay late very often and no weekend sometimes too, so I didnt take.
