last month my company did a technical forum, 3 days, 300-400 people joined, stay at 5* hotel, 1 person 1 room, dun know how much they spent sweat.gif
previously my training did at 5* hotel, few weeks... whistling.gif

Two of my current colleagues leave geoservices after work for less than 1 year, same salary and benefit. They said cannot tahan la, very boring. Not suitable for everyone.

Even my friend who join ILO can get rm7k, fresh grad (1st class result), but he also work for about 1 year only.
For me I don't like such kind of workscope, I feel too danger for me to work on/off at rig/platform.

if you are working in a position such as directional driller, wireline eng, MWD/LWD eng.... or what they called field engineer, can easily get >10k, fresh grad
