just booked mine 2 days back...pavilion branch....was told 45 days still.....sigh......so long

Anyone had booked iphone 3gs 16gb from maxis centre and collected recently? I want to see the booking number is near mine or not :/ I just called to the customer care but they seem like can't help for early collection and I asked them to check for me about waiting list, they also can't make it. Just ask me to wait for their call and sms.. It's kinda fed up..

Isn't there anyway to get their phone number under 123 or maybe try a different CS operator in 123?

Thanks. collected my phone a while ago and is the place pack with ppl. maybe just bad luck that some one big came to klcc too. But collected my phone but yet to open up the box or even create account thru itune yet. was suppose to do everything there, but I was parking illegally and my gf (in the car) was pushing me to faster come back as the security guard is shouting and blabbing all along. So hopefully nothing goes wrong.

But a quick update is that, there seems to be alot of stock in hand as I ordered white 16g 3gs and the CS was finding it for me. and she took quite a number of iphones which searching for mine.

happy hour? haha seems more like 90%grand sale in maxis centre. haha it's fully packed and there are so little cs to entertain them

i dun receive any sms or call from MEP tht i placed my booking, tmn connaught..had call 123 twice,the answer is just wait for sms or call..
booking date:4th November

from MEP, i am not that sure. coz currently those whom have ordered from Maxis center, mostly got their sms to collect. u might wanna double check with MEP whether they send ur application form or not. if i am not mistaken, there was one forrumers whose application form were not even send someway back in this thread.

u really should double check with the mep again.coz more than 30 days is considered abnormal even if they quote u 30 - 45 days waiting period

My booking time is 30nov at KLcc maxis centre :/ 3gs 16gb. I tried to tell them that I'm urgent need it because I'm going back to jb soon, but they just said sorry can't help. aduiz - -

try email straight to them (customercare@maxis.com.my).write in a polite way and put in a vry valid BS reason or watever.if they rly cnt help then no choice.....

yea agreed with zeneticx. that's the only way. if the stock that arrived this time din include urs, then most probably have to wait another 2-3 weeks

i had email them,twice..and the answer is global shortage bla bla bla..they cant give exact date because of tht matters..but they told me they had called tht MEP and as soon as they receive the stock,i will get mine..

hey this email - customercare@maxis.com.my is it the same as the email from their maxis website?i emailed them from their website d on the 9th but still no reply...they suddenly called me 2 ask if i requested a termination of my maxis no...wth i havent even activated d no. how to terminate...zzz

They can't tell an exact date is like just waiting blindly.. I've made few calls to 123 but they were respond in the same ways.. I think there's no early collection ler, it's harder than kena toto..

i js call maxis, white 16gb limited thus they also can't promise when can i get. but the guy said max will be 1 month...

Hmm, going to Gardens later. Currently using the Hotlink prepaid. Just asking if the prepaid plan's available at the maxis centres? Or I have to subscribe to the iValue plan?

just got it...hectic day...ran around lookin for screen protectors n case...bought cheapskate 1s, still waiting for the 1 i ordered from ebay...i got mine from maxis center here in Kuching...no joke...32GB black
