Added on October 12, 2009, 2:39 pmevo, i saw a comparison between kalyway and iAtkos somewhere and it says that kalyway has more kexts compared to iAtkos so although it's heavier it avoids many potential problems

maybe you can try googling for iDeneb 10.5.7..that i think is the most stable one for OSX86...

Just like weiyap said, as for now there is no pre-patched version for 10.6...all those that successfully install 10.6 in their laptop is using the retail DVD ..all the hackintosh forum that i read all like that one..

macbook 13" nt bad.. bt if wanna compare, go for pro is better.. atlease pro is using 512gddr3..

xproc already said want a Window-based laptop..so Macbook is out of the question (although can install Win in Macbook,still its a waste of money)...

miahaha's list is ok..what about that quad core Acer Aspire...since Acer's mid-high range laptop's build quality have improved greatly..forgot how much that cost though..i think it's in the RM4.5k range

oh i've heard conflicting news that kalyway is the most stable version and most ppl use this distro....
anyway there's an official site but their download section doesn't have any link for the distro just only the patch for the distro.......

Acer have high-end laptop?? I googled it and found Aspire 8935G, its quite bulky lor, 18"...

What about HP Pavilion series, Dv4 & Dv3 seems quite good and nice...price range is 3-4k only..

well, maybe you can use the iDeneb one and later after install, you patch it with kalyway lor..
