interesting...they must have worked hard on set pieces in training... they look like a real threat now..

Well, they have good deliveries from Milner & Young plus they used to have Laursen who like to attack the ball during corners/freekicks. Now they have both Dunne & Collins to do that again, not to mention Carew is good at that as well.

I have a question to ask, when a player is injured for a period(example fletcher) not playing for 2 weeks and suddenly play in a high-profile game like liverpool. Is this going to effect his morale and etc in the game?

And i have always wondered if our first team players playing in moscow would have enough time to travel back rest train again for that match. Must be fast enough to regain back their fitness. hmm.gif

I think professional players may able to cope with the high profile game even after they been out for some period.
They need to pass the fitness test and medical approval before allow them to involve in the game. Manager will has the last decision anywhere.
However, some injury cases like Hargreaves may required more playing time in the reserve to gain back his fitness.

I remember last time Ferdinand need a energy bar to maintain his energy when he came back from 8 months suspension or injury (not sure) during a match with Liverpool... I think we won that match rclxms.gif
