You need to release the power button, and keep pressing on the home button for 10 seconds to put your iPhone on restore mode.

Hi guys, was messing around with installing a theme (iNitsua) on my iPhone. With SSH, only ever touched the contents of the \Library\Theme folder. Now, after I finally got everything right, I realised that I can't delete apps from my springboard --> holding an icon until it wiggles, then pressing the 'x' button doesn't work.

Extra info:
1) i3GS software 3.0.1
2) Am sure I didn't touch the contents of the system folders
3) Have tried restarting the phone (multiple times), but no difference

Does anyone have any solution / idea what could have caused this? Appreciate any feedback, thanks

Hi there, Im having a problem with my iphone receiving sms but no sound at some times. It will only vibrate. Sometimes it will ring but sometimes not. Anyone know what is the problem? Thanks. my phone is iphone 3g wif v3.0

me oso got same prob as u...update to 3.1.2 then problem solved...

But if i update to v3.1.2 den i hav to unlock and jailbreak everything again?

Yeah. There's something wrong with my cousin's iPhone 3G too. When he pops in the Digi simcard, the phone automatically switches off, unable to charge, unable to switch on, but when he pops in a maxis simcard, everything works again. Bizarre.

sim card problem

maybe you had put in more than 4 sim card....maxis set is not network unlock..but more than 4 sims..i will get locked..to the main sim...

really ? unlocked for maximum of 4 SIMs only ? Hmm.... that sounds interesting....

Aren't one of iphone users in malaysia notice that their phone make an annoying sound like rattle when shaking in vertical...??

It's probably the silent switch + the volume slider. I just tested on mine, it's there too. Don't think U have anything to worry about.

Mine got sound too but I think its not from the silent switch or volume slider. I press both tightly while shaking ..the sound still there. Seems like the sound is from the lower body of the phone.

Anyway me can live with it as long as the phone still working haha!
