Just hard reset my phone without restoring the backup and my problem still persists.. i smell something fishy in the memory card so decided to check and i found a folder named "document" in E:data and its size stated in my laptop "larger than 54GB'' and i check those files all names are in symbols.. weiiirrrrrddd so now backup through laptop all other folder except that one and gonna format later..

Sounds like virus? Make sure u do a clean backup of your tube. Anything happen a restore will fix all this

either its virus or that one is the bad sector.. its impossible to have a folder that large on a 8GB memory card already did the backup.. now formatting the memory card.. FAT32 right?

I prefer if it stays RAW. But your only choice is Fat32 only. Backup your memory card too using PC suite
