Of course u can even choose what do u want to restore example sms, bookmarks,contacts,calender,files etc etc. Just take it this way the backup is your life. even how u screw your phone the backup will save your life like our windows system restore.
Note : Please make sure u backup at least twice. Sometimes the backup can mess up like it forget to backup sms or contact.

It will restore to the moment u backup it. If u already mess up u backup it will stay mess up.
So make sure before u mess it up of course.

I always do backup from time to time. Even i lost my phone i can use that data to restore to another nokia compatible phone.

any1 here using car holder? do u guys think it'll look kinda weird sticking it on the windscreen with a long arm holding the phone? i mean, from the perspective of others looking into ur car. no offence, but im looking for a smaller version of car holder. exactly those like GPS navigation device.
