You can try jack v4, energy rom or valkyrie. I've tried jack v4 and valkyrie. Both are good & stable enough for me.

i press the PANEL , then i switch to the next of the MAIN penal , by default it show NEW YEAR city rite.....then i try to change to MALAYSIA but there is no malaysia available.....zzzz

will flashing new rom will change the imei no? no aite?

I think it's the Panel software's problem. Can't do much about it, except maybe try other panels.


As for most stable ROM, my vote certainly goes for Touch IT 5.6LEO. EnergyROM and Valkyrie has some problems to iron out...

i realise xperia gt alot of plb
battery indicator not accurate and sometimes will hang
duno izzit happens to all xperia or mine only

and there's no sms problem with the 5.6LEO?
no slow loading HTC sms app?
no weather autoupdate problem?

anyway...those ROM need to use the latest WM 6.5 only can be flashed?? or WM6.1 can support it?? and how do it update my phone to WM6.5?

or once i flash the new rom , then my wm will automatically updated from 6.1 to 6.5?

I am using garmin mobile XT with my X1. Lately, I dunno what happened but garmin seems to be very slow in detecting satellites and somehow once detected, it shows I am driving over the indian ocean at 600 - 700 km/h ???

Anybody have any problems with their X1 GPS?

which rom r u using? .. i am using R2A and garmin work just fine wz my X1

recent i have problem with my garmin... the signal bar is empty but i go in to remote i can c few satelite founds... and i get to navigate.... izzit my software crashed???

this happen after i update the firmware from SE software

actually it depends on the rom de~ So far, most of the rom is using WM 6.5, jz Jack's rom v3.x is using WM6.1~
If u dun wan flash 2 3rd party rom, u can use SEUS to upgrade 2 WM6.5, if i not mistaken, correct me if im wrong~
After u flash to 3rd party rom, mean u alrdy has WM6.5 in ur x1~

Slow loading HTC sms is because of HTC, not the ROM's. Just need to disable it via a cab and use the better WM version.

Weather autoupdate problem? What problem? I don't auto update my weather because I'm using prepaid. Normally I'll update weather via Activesync to my PC and it always works.

i did update thru seus just now. still wm 6.1. not wm 6.5.

WM 6.5 is not out yet officially and I don't think it'll be available for the xperia X1. So you won't be able to get WM6.5 thru SEUS.

This has been discussed a few pages back. In your garmin mobile XT, go to Tools, then settings, system and select the fist option - remote gps. If it display com3 com4, disable it and select gps itermediate driver. Then you'll get the signal bar.

You might have the wrong map in the database. Go to malsingmaps.com to download the latest malaysian map, I'm assuming that you're in malaysia right now.

The rom itself includes the whole operating system. Most roms available in xda are based on WM 6.5. When you flash, you get WM 6.5.

How do i check my Xperia using which version of rom??

firestorm 3.7.53 i think.. d link posted sayin dats d latest.. quite ok.. but d prob is d sms ringtone.. it wont stop as soon s i press a button.. unlike d stock wm6.1 on xperia.. is thr somethin i need 2check or fix 2resolve this? coz i set mp3s s my msg tone s well.. quite embarrassin if d msg tone keeps on ringin when i'm out at a function or party
