For 3k i better see how much is N900 instead! Just saying if this phone is cheaper a bit i will try to get this phone =]
*
n900 is a better phone but not sure how fast will it go obsolete.
better to put money into s60 phone, s60 phone has been around for so long.

if maemo n900 can keep up a few more years to come, then i consider, not now.

5800 is resistive, x6 is capacitive.
the way they work is different.

Iphone uses projected capacitance screen. It uses changes in electrostatic charges in a grid or whatever. Look it up, I forgot.

Oh yeah, it enables the screen to be operated without direct contact.

yes they do.

Basically, a crude example of capacitive tech is mouse trackpad. Which uses the body charges to function, while resistive uses force.

It's $643 US dollar (doesn't include subsidizing and taxes) and after conversion it should be at least RM2300... But it's nokia's first capacitive touch screen phone!
