hahaha i bet not all of us can go through rain's training as well.
look at his condition, u think its easy to get that? haha... well, i believe physics speak louder than words. u may have all the motivation u think u have, but u still look like shit aint impressing anyone though. u can lift all u want, cardio all u want, but at the end of the day, wat matters is the result, not how much u are determine to do. tell that to someone and says u do this and that, but when they look at u, u look like a fool. =.= actions speak louder than words same goes for ur body itself speaks a million words. hahahahaha... |

haha... once u reach a stage where ur body get use to the routine, u will not feel the same feeling u once felt when u start.
try to change ur routine every 12 weeks or so. give ur muscles a twitch and variety. shock ur muscles in a sense. Added on April 2, 2010, 10:19 pmby the way, creatine is a better option. u can reduce some of ur supplements, but get creatine and u can continue ur whey if u think u dont get enough protein from ur meals. darkie, wat if i do chest, back, shoulder, tricep and biceps in same day? lets say 1.5 hours.
3 workouts for each bodypart, 3 sets x10. with 1 min rest in between? can i do so? |
