one way is, maybe just add another kg to the dumbell on ur weaker side.
do the same reps.
but u r doing a heavier workout on the weaker point.

glove for deadlift is not really a good choice coz its lesser grip and also it slips off easier.
use normal bare hands but u cant pull as much
use straps but again, u depend too much on it, grip less

girls would take substantially longer period of time to achieve some results compared to a guy.
well, everyone is different.
not everyone can do things the same pace

Finally after a long long time.
I finally took a pic of myself with my new phone.
sorry for the bad quality.
using only a 2mega pixel blackberry hp camera.

I weight 86kg at 173cm.
I know i need to cardio like mad, but i just havent had that time or motivation to get it going.
Only did less than 5 times cardio in the past half year.

Any comment is welcome... Pls be gentle. =.=
