I have stopped deadlifting for more than half a year due to back injury.
I think i have healed from my injury so... Today i suddenly felt to give it a go, and i make a video out of it as well. I know the poundage ain't as high as you guys. Even the form i think sucks. I really got to work on the form. But, i guess, its a start for me. Video is right here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dndRpsaPPx4...player_embedded Deadlift 125kg for 15 reps. Didn't wanna push further cos i felt that my form was kinda bad, so i stopped. Thanks bagata (vincent tan) for helping me take the video. This post has been edited by JonYeap: Apr 13 2010, 11:40 PM |

ok la ok la. sorry sorry.
but pls... increase ur weight. and u definitely wanna feel the muscle soreness. "Those are the maximum I can do a day without getting sore muscles the next day." u would want to feel the soreness... thats when the muscle actually tear and recover. thats how ur muscle grow. i suggest u try taking 5kg do for 10-12 reps for about 3 sets each workout. Dumbell seated curl Dumbell concentration curl Hammer curl and etc... good luck. =.= |

errr... i think u seriously need someone to guide.
where do u stay? if kl area, u can ask some seniors here to go out and give u some head on advise. by the way, wats ur weight and height? i suggest u put on some mass if u r skinny. hope that u get stronger in the mean time. u need strength. as u get stronger, i believe u will grow bigger as well. |

QUOTE(mumeichan @ Apr 15 2010, 03:02 AM) Thanks. I can't jog either. I do try to walk as much as possible. And walking is more like limping. It's hardly a workout, but I spend time playing Wii games, it's the closest I come to a cardio workout. try doing more cardio.it will definitely help. slowly get to jogging pace. if cant jog yet, slowly walk and progress. |
