solsekuin44: Nope, in fact it's the opposite. There will be less visits to the toilet as it helps suck up the waste. That's why it's normally given to those who have tummy upset. I normally take them before going to sleep but prior to that, do drink lots of water. And when you pass motion, you will realise that you faeces will be darker than usual.

Hi,

Currently, Im taking Natural Clenx Tea from Guardian pharmacy, i bought the twin set....which costs RM 56.88 for 50 sachets. So far, after drinking it, 8 hours later or less will definitely go to toilet. I feel less bloated though......drink 1-2 glasses a day should be sufficient.....it was the most popular detox tea in 2008. Now got many other detox tea in the market, I've tried other brands too, but so far I feel that this tea still works best for me.

solsekuin44: I think darker also due to the nature of charcoal. Nothing to worry about. I do feel good after taking it for a week. It works better than any detox tea in getting rid of stomach wind.

Thank you rclxms.gif Well, this activated charcoal is available at any pharmacy? You did mention about GNC's.
Was there any difference with their own charcoal?

89.90??!! Why so expensive?! Hm, how many sachets are they?
89.90 is like the price of Kino Detox bottled drink, that one for sure la 89.90. Maybe you've mistaken it for tea.
The tea is packaged in a box, usually got 14 sachets. Mine is 28 (promotional box)
Go and check them ya icon_rolleyes.gif

O yeah, just as an update : My youngest bro took the tea too as a result of being forced by me sweat.gif
He used to be an 'all-tissue guy'. Kesian. Selesema siang malam. We even go to check whether he got paru2 lembap, but everything's fine.
I forced him to drink it during Raya (that's when I went back home for holidays). Just now, he called me saying how horrible the tea made him. During the purging phase, he got so many phlegm (kahak) coming out.
Almost for a week! Sekarang dah ok. He thanked me for forcing him before.
He's happier now. Dah jarang selesema.

I don't understand why too.. Maybe because of the effectiveness?
I believe in cleaning from the inside, not into patch anymore. Has anyone here tried any good foot patch?

Well I tried before the DetoxSlim tea, cant remember how many sachets/ price. Tried it for nearly 1 week... drank it after dinner (as per instruction) and on the first day I was forced to wake up at 3-4am in the morning to pass motion. I actually woke up due to the pain in my stomach. After 1 week I stopped coz my mum was nagging me on how 'dangerous' these tea could be altho they claim to be natural. I believe her and am pretty sure whatever we take, there's always a side effect. It may not show now, but will feel it years later (esp when it's done long term). I guess it's going back to diet-ing... hopefully yoga will help as well~

Eating more fiber actually helps your diet and in passing motion.

I haven't read this thread in a long long while.

Well, rather than do spot detox with whatever detox product is out there, how about doing a better cleaning like cleaning up what you eat?

The only reason that ppl are going to detox is that they are putting crap into their bodies, no? Crap in, crap out.

I'd be careful with anything coming from Detoxslim. They used a herb that can cause abortion and is also known as a poison. I had a bad reaction to it.

My detox program is reducing a lot of bad food combinations, taking 2000 mg VitC and Omega 3 after every meal.

Working so far.

how many cycles needed to do a detox ?? i mean, if i buy a box of 20 sachet, how many times i need to repeat buying ??

any of you guys went for medical checkup before doing any detox ?? sometimes, it's just the feeling made you feel the product is good...and because you want to believe it works, but the facts is, it's just some remedies that cleanse your stomach...not more than that...

I have a noob question:

Where to find all the Tea like juvanex and TruDtox or Kinohimitsu stuff?
Just any local Guardian?

I'm trying at the moment Watermelon. Lots and lots of watermelon.
I make it into a juice so its easy to carry to work. I have it in the morning till 12pm. After that only eat solid food.

And old recipe my friend took a few months ago was

Lemon juice + cheyenne pepper. I have not tried it. Dont dare yet.
