Hm, yeah.. But I'm in need of serious detoxing.
This tea is convenient for me =)

No, don't look on short term result. Over dosage of them could possibly cause harm to your body in future. I stopped taking them coz I don't want any complications.

QUOTE(myremi @ Nov 8 2009, 12:26 PM)

The only reason that ppl are going to detox is that they are putting crap into their bodies, no? Crap in, crap out.

I'd be careful with anything coming from Detoxslim. They used a herb that can cause abortion and is also known as a poison. I had a bad reaction to it.

My detox program is reducing a lot of bad food combinations, taking 2000 mg VitC and Omega 3 after every meal.

Working so far.
*
Ah I agree with the crap in crap out thingy laugh.gif it's soooo true!

Is that so? Thank god I stopped taking it after a week. I actually bought their slimming pills many years back but never had the courage to eat them.

QUOTE(diablokun @ Jan 3 2010, 11:11 PM)
how many cycles needed to do a detox ?? i mean, if i buy a box of 20 sachet, how many times i need to repeat buying ??

any of you guys went for medical checkup before doing any detox ?? sometimes, it's just the feeling made you feel the product is good...and because you want to believe it works, but the facts is, it's just some remedies that cleanse your stomach...not more than that...
*
Say you purchased the detox tea. Everytime you consumed 1 cup of tea, you'll detox several hours later. The reason it needs to repeat is that everyday/ week we're consuming lots of toxin, thus it's more like an ongoing process. there's no such thing as getting rid of all toxin and then stop.

It depends on the instruction of the product you purchased. Some requires you to take them twice a day, while others would recommend less dosage/ consumption.

I have a noob question:

Where to find all the Tea like juvanex and TruDtox or Kinohimitsu stuff?
Just any local Guardian?
I'm trying at the moment Watermelon. Lots and lots of watermelon.
I make it into a juice so its easy to carry to work. I have it in the morning till 12pm. After that only eat solid food.
And old recipe my friend took a few months ago was

Lemon juice + cheyenne pepper. I have not tried it. Dont dare yet.
*
Guardian, Watson and other local pharmacies. I think if you check Aeon Wellness section, they should have it as well.

I believe pineapple is good detox agent but didn't know watermelon gives the same effect. cry.gif troublesome to make the juice everyday.

I didn't take it everyday.. Now only twice a month. Been busy to take it too laugh.gif
I believe that, my digestive system kind of relying too much on this tea. No tea, hardly any toilet trips.
But the effect wears off after 2-3 days.

Guys i was wondering, is there any truth to those Detox Foot Patch? I saw several shops selling those patch which said to turn to dark colour after wearing for 6-8 hours and those dark coloured stains are toxins.
Is it true?

Ahaha, yeah.. Am so familiar with the situation. But it's good you know. I think it helps in clearing up my complexion, seriously. Body feels lighter, more focused when reading, doing assignments.

my detoxing is cucumber + celery + tomatoes + carrot extracted juice. no herbal tea n etc.

becareful with the detox tea u drink... u can't do it daily, n if any of them causes ur stool to be oily, stop it. most detox tea ends u up with flushing everything away instead of flushing just the toxics away.

n u'll also end up with water retention. so be aware of the amount u take...

usual detox programmes with tea n such is 7 days as i understand.. doh.gif

When I first took Detox tea I would go toilet 2-3 times a day. Now I think my body is immune. I only go toilet once. And that is also only like 10 hours later.

I've pretty much changed my diet to eating less junk. So now I only take Detox when I feel bloated and during weekends to flush out all the outside food I eat during the weekdays and also after festive season.

But generally I think your body will get immune to detox after a while. I'm taking Kinohimitsu too.
