Hi.. I've started drinking Kinohimitsu Detox Tea. I take 1 sachet a day and has been seeing good effects of it.
I'm in the 'purging' (pembersihan/penyingkiran) phase. Today is my 4th day. Got some rashes on my back, acnes coming out on my face sweat.gif and yeah, going to toilet a lot.
But nothing painful..

Has any of you tried detox tea? Let's share.

Really? I think Kinohimitsu is better since it is very systematic. After around 8hrs drinking it, only then you'll get the stomach ache.

Usually I drink at night, tido then bangun pagi. Going to the toilet as usual. So, I can manage when to get that stomach ache..But yes, many times. Usually, 4-5 times. After that, it's good..

I've tried Orang Kampung brand, OMG the pain was unbearable, the toilet trip was too often, till it becomes like diarrhea...dare not try any other detox tea thereafter...

Orang Kampung tea is painful? So, it's true what the pharmacist here told me la..
She recommended me to try Kinohimitsu. There are two flavors available, Peppermint and Ginger. I took Peppermint, tak sedap.. shocking.gif

However, I seriously want to detox my body. I also noticed that, when I shit, the water looks oily (yeah2, this is gross)
I want to detox slowly, one sachet for one cup a day.. Waiting for positive effects.

i too have been taking this kinomitsu but i take it 1nce a week ( usually weekend)

i have been reading online that its not good to take it too often ( ie daily consecutive for more than 2 days)

u can browse online coz i did not bookmark the links.

Usually i take this over the weekeend to cure the "outside food garbage" i eat during workdays. Once i take this at night, i usually go for 1 big dump in the morning and smaller ones (2-3 times).

When u mean detox, u need to eat good healthy food along with this tea then it works. no point eating meat etc and then take this.

If I'm not mistaken, RM30++ per box, 28 sachets. Sorry, totally forgotten the price.

thefryingfox, is that true? Ok, so after 2 days, stop? Meaning you can't do it daily? How about Juvanex? It is supposed to be taken 7days straight right?

Care to share other than making you visit toilet more often what else does it do to help detox?

You know there's alot of normal food than can increase numbers of urination a day and "big business".

Normal Tea & Plums for instance. These detox thing are rather new, few years history maybe? Better do it the natural way.

There's many types of ingredients used for detox that's natural herbs. What these herbs does is irritate your bowels so that you go to the toilet often.

Please remember that there are always side effects to visiting the toilet too often. Drinking too much of detox teas can cause cancer (forgotten which part and what its called) and some herbs can cause addiction. What i ean by addiction is that your bowels will become to dependent on the tea that you won't be going to the toilet naturally but will need the tea to get you to visit the toilet.

Drinking more water helps slimming, compared to drinking less.

Going to the toilet, don't think other than make you tummy look slightly slimmer compared to before you do the business. Too often doing the big business is never a good sign.

I heard if you urinate more often you loose more calcium, don't know if there's any proof behind this statement?

advocado why u look so sad (avatar) .. dont cry ok

well, theres external detox ..i.e Bentonite, clay, foot patch , etx..

or
internal detox. using herbs Charcoal ,Chlorophyll , tea, powder, etc.

Both ways good . so depend what u can afford and time needed . and
importantly how efficient effective / price to remove toxins..

good luck to all you guys smile.gif -

Just wikied, there's another way since detox is mostly about going to the toilet, called enema.

I think is like pumping medium temperature water or fluids into your bowel via the anus & fill it up. This will soften the feaces & trigger bowel movement like diahrea. Depending on the fluid pumped in it might also clean the bowel internal walls. But recommended have a big bucket ready.

Ai.. Many reply already, sorry late ya? Well, other than going to the toilet, I do get some acne and rashes coming out. This is called the 'purging' phase. Penyingkiran.

Already detoxing for almost 7 days, I skip every two days. smile.gif Felt slightly healthier, lighter. Usually whenever I woke up, I felt so lazy.. Badan macam lemah. Belajar pun malas, hehe. For sure I'll continue with this detox tea. Nothing too painful that I can't bare off.
