menu hang problem? u mean u press left selection key it will flicker and only show the home screen?

change the shortcut to another app instead of menu (like profile etc). that should do the trick. - credits to xavi

hey guys, im considering to buy either e66 or e71 but i doubt the battery performance of these two phones. So anyway, how's the battery life of e71?any feedback? can it last for at least 2 days with heavy messaging?

E71 battery can lasting longer compare to E66

if messaging only.. i think u can survive for at least 3 days..

aaa, lately I seldomly use phone. around 2 minutes call/day, 5 minutes wifi/day, below 30 sms/day. now already 5th day and left 2 bars.

Hey guys, I downloaded the opera mini beta 5. I think the software looks really cool. nevertheless I faced difficulty in typing symbols like underscore , currency symbol etc etc u know by pressing the control button it doesn't work..

Anyway , to remedy this?

emmm..mine got reading already but seems not accurate yet..battery got 6 bars still but the app says only 47%. then i reset it suddenly changed the values but doesn't make sense as it keeps changing (getting more) after each reset until can go up to 200% battery level..

another thing is the standby plugin cannot show proper d / h / m values..it show something like 11 (square) 22 (square) 30% (square) like that.. vaxi urs is ok is it?

thats why i said there no such thing. Because battery technology is not as advance yet.
Like u force the phone to drain the battery intensively then suddenly restart the phone the battery will show different value

well we can only hope... i just reinstalled the software and using version 1.03 now.. seems better..will give it further try and see..

Go to menu>setting>advanced>cancel the inline editing..

A hav no problem with mine.. Maybe due to the fact mine is full version..version 1.03.. Now 6 bar. At 95% charged yesterday at 12am..used for 30 minute for internet tenthering...wat version was urs earlier..

mine earlier was 1.02...now using 1.03..i'm also using full version but it seems my standby plugin still doesn't work (number comes with squares instead of "h" and "min") even with latest version. . btw i'm using e71 firmware 300, what about u xavi?

Hey guys,

As u know I asked about opera, so I went and uninstall the opera to install the beta opera..

Then after uninstalling I off and on my phone back. Then suddenly some weird thing pop up " installing" then " corrupted application in your memory card , to install go to your application manager "

Do u guys know what is this about? I did install opera in my memory card.

So I took my memory card out and switch the phone off and on again. The thing didnt pop up, so It has to be something in the memory card.. All of this happen after I install opera beta 5 firstly then remove it after I can't do an underscore , then install opera 4.2 then remove it, this problem occur

cant appear on the 5800XM on standby screen

thats just installation files not properly cleared. Just cancel it and reinstall the opera app, it should then go away..

wat i think for urs problem is that ur font doesnt support it.. maybe u can try installing other font.. u r ap set of ori set d ah?
