Yesterday after 12 cannot connect.

Yup, mine also the same...at midnight, cannot connect at all...restart the modem/unplugged the phone cable still cannot connect..but around 3am the connection seems to be ok...

So far for now, my connection seems to be 'uncapped'...but need to check all the time..

i notice the cap in my area (bandar utama) last week thursday when they were laying fiber optics cables underground and new patch panels to the dtm..
but after tuesday everything back to normal (no more cap)...
today at the back of my house they were putting fiber cables on the poles and i ask the guy bila activate .. they say they got deadline for 9 september 2009 to finish everything here .. so wait and see..

i predict there will be two price structure for streamyx ..
old using adsl will have no cap and price remain same
new fiber optics .. with cap and unlimited pricing...

I live in bandar utama too... But I don't think they cap this area la... Torrent still full speed after downloading, browsing etc so much le... I am a heavy downloader....

R they fixing in your hse?

I'm downloading 1Mb/sec++ for past 48hours...

It's already exceed more than 10GB...

@Andyz, more pic please,, for example, Fiber Optic Line, DSLAM, How the pole the hole and etc...

like i said u only get the cap (i predict) if your area is going to have fiber optics ...

well, the 'capped' thing is still in test mode lor..maybe they didn't capped yet but just wait till 10/9/09 lor..after they finish all the upgrading, we see what'll happen then...so enjoy what you have right now lor..
