Say, already migrated to TTVP, just subscribe to TTVP Y120 Plan and after the 1st 10GB hi-speed LTE data exhausted, can buy 10GB Booster @ RM10 [aka B10 ] as many times as we want...

you can only able to subscribe TTCVP since TTVP and Buddies no more available for new subscribers..
TTCVP quite similar to TTVP except on video part for package RM28 & RM48..

My Buddies 365-day validity will end soon...



Will stay another 365-day via RM28 validity plan... Need to topup another RM8.30 to get total airtime ngam-ngam at RM28...

So, RM8.30 topup is 8 days validity... Once the line is in the Grace Period (45 days INM), then only topup (should be around 24th December) in order to get 1st Jan 2020 cutoff date...

Would like to check whether the RM200 yearly plan 10gb/month allow tethering / hotspot? Can't find any detail on this from the fine-print, so a bit worry about port the sim and not able to hotspot the 10GB. Thank in advanced.

Yes can hotspot... because no plans is offered for "hotspot" quota...

DL/UL speed will depend on cell tower congestion...

I am thinking to subscribe RM200 plan, and buy RM10 booster for total 20GB home broadband through 4G router, cheaper alternative for parents' "surfing". Did explore unifi mobile, 8GB for RM50, but look like they use more than 10GB per month.... lol...

I think if surfing should be fine... But vix streaming at 1080P will absorb lots of data... Perhaps if stick to 480P should be alright but the subtitles clarity in the vix will be compromised...

Anyway, if MNP or buy brand new starter pack, it'll be on TTCVP... And the one year data has 10GB Booster option...


Have you tested the coverage to be at 4G LTE? I mean, 3G HSDPA is OK but the experience will be more enjoyable at 4G LTE speed.

Which 4G router do you have?

I suggest trying starter pack first to test the coverage and 4G router compatibility... You can subscribe to any weekly/monthly data plan before committing to MNP to TTCVP One Year Data Plan...

This one really just rm10 for 30days? or need to topup rm30 for the active airtime every month?

Validity is 30 days... But there will be PPU for exhausted data...

Did tested with phone and Celcom network, able to get 4G at certain corner of house, plan to buy 4G router (TP-Link or D-Link). Will just take new number, as this for "home broadband" purpose, so not particular on the number.

Will online order the starter pack and take 30days data plan, before commit RM200 / year. lol.. thank you for lot of details.

Sure... Test using monthly plan first before committing 12 months plan...if lucky, you might get VIP number...if can't get lucky number, choose number closest to your current mobile number....
