QUOTE(gastacopz @ Aug 11 2012, 10:46 PM) must be that staff who chat wif u is strict...next time..wait for liyana..as she is very helpful wif me last time..when other CS cant help... finally everything resolved. i managed to get login to self care. the staff that chat with me although not totally help me but she did give me a hint. the last digit from my i/c that the dealer register for me is wrong and i can't get the staff to reveal it so i try to guess the last digit myself. now i can changed the number already. i changed it to 811 3334. it's temporary number . so if my i/c registered wrongly, will i get any trouble in the future? and how to change ownership next time if i want to give to someone else?
