When I was using them last year, I was staying next door in Damansara Damai. Exactly same problem and symptom. Called them up,they said it's because of 'upgrade'. I bet if you call them up today they'll give you that same excuse!

For K3565, you can see the LED indicator and the mobile partner software. If dark green indicates GPRS/EDGE, dark blue 3G, and light blue for HSDPA.
And you also can check the coverage if you use celcom. Just type *118#, call.answer 3,3,1 it will show your current coverage.

For your data usage, you can call the careline centre. I think you can't check it online. And in the software it calculate data usage for you. just go to view usage and you can see there, but maybe the amount of usage is not exactly the same with what celcom calculated for you. Better call them.

And, if you reaching the limit, they will send you SMS, 'usually'.

Hope this help smile.gif  smile.gif  smile.gif  smile.gif  smile.gif  smile.gif  smile.gif

Hi Kobis Bunga,
Thank you very much. smile.gif Another thing, when I surf using Celcom BB for some time, it will suddenly disconnect and detects only 3G. Then after a while it goes back to light blue again, which is HSDPA, is the the frequent disconnection some of you guys here talking about? Thank you very much.

Regards,
ziafang.
