hey, anyone experienced this "msg" before by usps?

"Addressee not available - Addressee advised to pick up the item"

this was written on my tracking via USPS, but when i check under POS Malaysia's track & trace, it says attempting delivery... which one should i follow?

should i wait longer? or when can declare as Lost??

seller sent out on 10 aug. i received on 17 aug. exactly 7 days!

Same fate la us... I also bought some thing. Seller post using USPS Priority. I tot he would use the Priority Mail(not Flat rate box).
Tracking no. starts with LJ.... Now my item cant be tracked.
According to USPS left US on the 9th.. Until now havent dapat yet...

maybe coz cuti raya....but mine ship out on 9 aug and received yesterday

Hi guys, my I know roughly how much does it cost for u guys to ship those goods from USA to M'sia by using UPS?

Hi , normally those which cost $35 Priority Mail has FULL tracking ( even in Malaysia) , or just Express Mail is the one and only way to provide full tracking? Because I heard that Priority Mail can add few $$$ to upgrade to Registered mail , does the Registered Mail have full tracking too? What is its features? Thanks!

Priority Mail with tracking does not have full tracking like Express Mail. From experience they only provide partial tracking...meaning in US and once your parcel leave US they cannot track anymore. When reach Malaysia it is up to Pos Malaysia...nowadays it is made possible to get tracking within Malaysia because Pos Malaysia's system has upgraded to key in tracking for parcels. Long long time ago you can't see tracking because Pos Malaysia system don't provide tracking info for outside parcels (exclude registered post and express mail).

Im from us.. that i ship thing back to Malaysia...... in the future try not to used USPS.. cos even u pay extra for insurance.. but don't have tracking # .... once it leave US... the is how the USPS system work... better to used Fedex, UPS or DHL... asu got to pay few$$ more.. with better tracking....
As for my experience i believes the item has been (di tahan oleh kustom) cos u need to pay duty tax...
just give a few more day....

hye, ive bought starcraft 2 collector edition from ebay aus, but the seller is located in us, so he shipped my parcel using usps, as stated below my item is held by custom today.the item worth around rm700.00 plus shipping.usually how many days until my parcel got through from custom inspection? does gaming cd will be taxed?

usually it only takes one day to clear, but it can go up to 2-3 days.
if the value declared >rm500, usually yes. gaming stuff has 10% sales tax if i'm not mistaken.
