Hi moniqee, tracking via USPS using the provided tracking number, it seems that item is still in the US. Normally, item will be dispatch out for international delivery within 2 days at the sorting facility.

Hence, I will file the dispute since seller said he ain't a postage guy and he promised to check wit is postmaster and cme back to me which he did not. It was like a week ago.

@MichaelUA - if it's already been cleared by custom clearance... then all you have to do is wait and wait for it to arrive at your doorsteps...

Hi, i may be opening an online store soon selling craft products and neat jewelries and/or t-shirts.. but I'm doomed!! coz pos laju is equivalent to EMS which is TOTALLY expensive and pos malaysia's website is really useless in giving info on sending parcel to other countries... there's a lot to be answered here As of now, can anyone plz tell me what is equivalent to priority mail and what's the procedure to estimate shipping price using poslaju envelopes to oversea? plz!!!!!

Then today its state that :

I have ordered some baby items from US. They're already reached here on the 6th April with 'Custom Clearance' status. Up until today (9th April) it doesn't show any new updates.

Does this mean my items are being held for tax or they just taking time own sweet time to clear it?

How long do they usually take to clear international parcels?

btw, i did check with pos malaysia tracking. This status appeared - 'Arrived at inward OE/Receive item at OE' since 6th April.

anyone has any idea?

*Altogether 47 days. Yes you saw it, 47 days!. Don't have tracking location after left USA. Not even Pos Malaysia normal Parcel or Poslaju. But my item were delivered by Poslaju today (even in my mind i considered it a total lost at first).

From experience, priority mail is fast (takes 2-3 weeks) but it seems to get quarantined by custom a lot. The last time I used it, it got quarantined for more than a month before they released it and I've to go and pick it up. But note that I usually only use priority for larger and more expensive items so that might be a factor.

So far I never lose anything shipped Priority compared to First Mail that takes more than a month and I lose 2 parcels and one got stuck at Pos Malaysia Hub for more than 3 months before they care to tell me to pick it up. By then my replacement parcel has long arrived.

Ok, I got my stuff already. Thank goodness. I got for after 5-6 weeks.

So I just want to clarify about USPS EXPRESS International shipment down to Malaysia;

1. starts with Cxxxxxxxxx or Exxxxxxxxxx that is trackable? and how much is the cost more than USPS Priority Mail?
2. Once it reaches Malaysia, it will SURELY go through POSLAJU?

That is my concern now for future shipment.

Can anyone gives a thought?

My experience with USPS isn't bad too. No prblms at all

Priority Mail: item shipped out on 4/3/14, received on 18/3/14. 2 weeks and 1 day, or 11 business days. Delivered by PosDaftar
