hey, anyone experienced this "msg" before by usps?

"Addressee not available - Addressee advised to pick up the item"

this was written on my tracking via USPS, but when i check under POS Malaysia's track & trace, it says attempting delivery... which one should i follow?

would like to check if anyone used "First-Class Mail International" before ? had a package sent out on the 19th of November, and it's still not arrived in KL yet, called Malaysia Pos and they said item has not reach KL yet ..

usually it takes how long for "first class mail international" to reach KL ? as for priority mail i know it takes about a week or so ..
