Really makes you wonder how much these flashlights actually cost.  You can be sure eagletac-store is not going to make a loss selling off their stocks.  So, the real cost of these china-made lights should be really cheap.

definitely more than 100% margin.....but too bad we as a consumer need to pay for it unless we can make our own flashlight brows.gif

I just want to share some thought I have about the situation with 47s.
I do not know what's happening between 47s and ET but I am rather surprised that 47s mentioned this:

"We regret to inform you that due to many serious problems (in design, performance, and business aspects) we have decided to discontinue carrying Eagletac products."

Design is rather subjective but I wonder that is a serious design problem?
I don't know of any serious performance issues with ET. Maybe someone can share that?
As far as I know when working with ET, their customer support has been fair and seems to favor the customer, and because of that I am able to provide such fair service in this region. ET didn't cheat me of my money, items, etc. They didn't promise something and break them in my experience.
To me, it looks like an all-out bad-mouthing at ET and this is not the first time 47s has done so. Is this a professional way of doing business? What was mentioned on EagleTac-Store will taint ET as a business entity and possibly even more.
I am not anti-47s or hold a grudge against it, but I am rather disappointed with how 47s handled this matter. 47s does not need to bad-mouth ET, instead a simple "due to irreconcilable issues/difference" will do.

PS: In my experience so far, 100% or more profit margin is very difficult due to shipping and packaging, tax and overheads.

What I think is the 47 got some "business aspects" with ET rather than all the other reasons they gave. doh.gif

That's true too.
I am also speculating about other 'matters' too, since 47s now sells their own brand of flashlights hmm.gif
Hopefully such bad-mouthing won't happen again.

got the LumensFactory's SP6 from Philightsophy noon just now, awesome, got the light in just less than 24 hours! Good service bro Philightsophy .

I don't know about 47, but Bro Philightsophy have my recommendation, will buy again. But this "bad mounthed" issue, is really shaking my head. the price of the T20C2 really so much different. I am sure Philightsophy have a big SWEAT ! haha tongue.gif

So far the SP6 really have my heart, will the price, we are really getting good products, and compatible with surefire too!! just AWESOME icon_rolleyes.gif thumbup.gif

That is some serious stuff to make a claim like this. Especially publicly and have everything to do with ET's reputation with 47's influence. To me, like what Philoghtsophy stated "due to irreconcilable issues/difference" is more appropriate thing to say if it really was true.

I've been following 47's marketplace thread and David from 47 seems to be a cool guy. On an additional note, he did voiced out issues concerning TK40 design, it was debatable and there are separate threads in CPF that discussed it. I find his statement was okay, because he had experience the amount of supporting product returns from it being mistreated. I strongly felt it was a user problem rather than the TK40. But his statement plunged in about the design, but that was his experience, no problem with that. But this claim with ET seems to be quite serious (not that if David was involved)...

Bro RookieDaddy, looks like you are the 1st one, I got mine around 1PM, bad poslaju man, haha or else I could be the 1st , next time dude brows.gif

You have all in Xenon, ha!

I ordered a 3.7 3 Mode LED, and a Xenon 4 190lm, it draws 2.3A!!!

to Bro Philightsophy, the LED is warmer tint, but it is not close to Neutral White which is below 5000K. Kinda like my old Fenix P3D. Not bad actually, like it, as for real warm tint, I can use the Xenon 4. Oh, the sky is getting darker, yeah! Testing time coming soon. icon_rolleyes.gif
