There was a few guys stated that. Also from the Quark Ti thread.
But they say not really noticeable if you don't compare it to another light.
Output is probably just slightly more.

Errr, it looks like it really has an overheated burnt mark, it is exactly what happy to me before. But the MCE is ok, since the brown mark is at the side, mine was in the middle, so it has a dark shadow on the hot spot.

But I got it removed now, haha, but too dangerous and it was Q5, it has only 1 dome lens. (I accidentally heat it when I want to heat the paint, and a layer of burnt plastic fell off, and it has no more mark. DON't try it, I was just lucky.) laugh.gif

with so many lights out this one doesn't seem to attract me.
waiting for other companies to produce lights with sst-50's and then compare. smile.gif

I still really want a HID just for the heck of it...

oh gosh.....i don't why i always got hook/linked up with those China Flashlight Manufacturer recently [ communication thru MSN ].... sweat.gif how i wish i can be the dealer/reseller here but this is not my rice bowl.....

just got in touch with the new manufacturer.....with their new lights range....starting from USD 44, everything can be customize : the emitter, the reflector, the color, personalize name engraving etc etc...might get a sample from them tho.... moneyflies.gif
