guys, wan to ask anyone know Dell cover warranty for drop or not ? my studio 1555 laptop drop from table to floor seriously , cause the lid cover broken and scratch seriously, will they replace a new cover for me ?

Dear xk2, no worries. You just give Dell a call and tell them what is your problem. You can choose not to tell them that you dropped the laptop at first. Just tell them that your lid cover broken and your lcd got problem and add some sugar and salt in the story Make sure they understand your problem and from what I heard from the Dell technician, they will fix your laptop no matter what is the case as long as your laptop is UNDER WARRANTY.

xps sure is better in terms of design and performance, i orang miskin so choose studio1555 ;P

no, i read back old thread & found that many users use this cooler
so tat's why i ask them bout this cooler's performance

i m using cm notelpad A1, i didnt play any game, normal operation without air cond, my pc temp around 35-48'c

i have problem with my onboard mousepad (izzit the rite term to use)
sometime it's not responsive

my lappy still under warranty
