Do a high bar back squat instead of a low bar

If you're going to change the movement you'll have to reduce the weight and build it back up. Your upper back has not had time to adapt to shouldering 65 kg.

Guess ure stressing ur backbone since its still on its soft stage. Before u damage it, better stop now. I assume ure still newbie who is trying weight lifting? U need a lot of mild exercises to strengthen ur bones before u start carrying heavy objects to build your body.

Go lighter with the weight, if pain persist, either stop, seek trainers' help, or seek doctor
