NAT 3 means you can play online but certain feature will have some problem like hosting a game room or something2 i also not sure.mostly NAT3 user are using wireless connection or wireless isp such as any BB 3g provider.

try using blutooth headset eventhough u having NAT3 and see if it hinder ur online gaming or not.

Hey all...just wondering if there is a way to load subtitles for movies played on the PS3.

Or is there a software out there to merge the files together?

Can anyone help me?

Thanks...

hey guys, i just got myself a ps3 slim, sg set.

need your help here.
In the first page of this thread, it is mentioned that you're able to create different PSN accounts.

What does this actually mean, and how do i go about doing this.

Does it mean that for different regions, I can create multiple accounts?
Is there a limit?

cheers.

create different accounts so that u can download demos etc as not all demo/games are available to the same region.

just put your country as USA or etc...
you might have to supply zip code, just google it.

yes...you can transfer your DLC..into a new PS3..
as long as you still have some slot left...if not make sure deactivate the system in your old PS3..first

and make sure sign-in as a existing user....and you need to re-download it again

You have to redownload the DLCs. They are copy-protected.

Sony allows up to 5 downloads per PSN account. That's how up to 5 people can share money to buy DLCs.

thanks.

A few more questions:

1. Is there a maximum no. of accounts you can create?

2. So, say if I create a USA PSN account, can I use that account to log into any Playstation Store?

3. How does different accounts affect online gaming when logging in?

cheers.

1.1 user profile=1 psn id.create as many user profile as u want to know the maximum psn id you can create tongue.gif

2.1 psn id from a country can only access psn store for that country only.

3.diff acc affect ur online name as psn id are use as ur name when playing online.trophies also tied to 1 psn id only.diff acc doesnt affect online latency.

thanks for your feedback...as what i experinced before it's a little laggy/jerky and I'm using wireless router. Also my laptop is not that powerful, so when i watch MKV movies it will be jerky. Since then I've decided to convert the MKV files over to VOB to be played directly from the PS3. But now am trying to avoid playing from the laptop, so need you guys to help on my subs dilemma.

Wireless router is not recommended for HD content, because the speed can increase/decrease over time, and may affect the bandwidth required to stream the MKV files.
