hey guys , i just bought a ps3 slim US set yesterday...do i need stepdown adapter or just plug it directly ? thanks

the PS3 slim has the same power supply as the phat.....so u can just plug it in since its universal.... biggrin.gif ..u dont need to worry about the 120-240V.....unlike xbox... tongue.gif

the HK set i sold to my cousin....cause he said in terengganu very expensive...so yesterday i bought the ps3 slim US set laugh.gif

Hey guys was wondering if theres is an alternative way to access the recovery menu .
My Power button doesn't seem to work . It works when im powering on my PS3 but when i hold it to try to switch it off no beeps occur.

Just FYI i'm trying to access the menu because my PS3 doesn't seem to want to read any discs which is weird because it was working fine yesterday.

well, the difference is only the warranty (if Im not mistaken). While having official Malaysia PS3, you have a safe mind if your ps3 have a problem. It depends on luck for problems. Just dont get it overheat.
