Hey guys was wondering if theres is an alternative way to access the recovery menu .
My Power button doesn't seem to work . It works when im powering on my PS3 but when i hold it to try to switch it off no beeps occur.

Just FYI i'm trying to access the menu because my PS3 doesn't seem to want to read any discs which is weird because it was working fine yesterday.
*
Forgot to add , is it normal that the PS3 power button is unresponsive while the console is on=.= ? I mean i can switch the console on no problem with the button but i can't switch the console off.

Check your email..there will be an email sent to you as a receipt...email Sony Cust Service and threatened to go to press and tribunal for overcharging without notice or etc, also there are other concern like you are buying stuff in MY not SG so why charge in SG...and if charge in SG I think our bank also charge something extra IINM...

see what the response is...hopefully you'll get something out of it.

Finally settle the case with SONY HK. replied from them below. They top up extra RM2 into my wallet for the extra 20 cents charged due to the SGD currency conversion rate by Maybank credit card... well I guess thats not too bad they admited their mistake.. I gain RM1.8 tongue.gif

Great!!! It's worth the effort of writing the email right!

Sony HK really took care of things!..you should've bought RM1000 off PSN..then you'd get RM100 (10%) top up from them!! tongue.gif

Nope...all can share..you just need to have your friends US account on your PS3..and download the game from his download list....

You can play the game on your PS3 using any other account already setup on the ps3

As tempting as it may sound...I will not give MY PSN a single cent till they realised that they are overcharging people!

The PLayTV feature allows access to free-to-air (unencrypted) channels in the widely available DVB-T network (in the UK this is known as Freeview).

In malaysia, we also use DVB-T however it's still in testing phase. I have the luxury of watching RTM1 & 2 Digital TV stuttering and pixeling on a TV set that has a tuner in it. I'm afraid the answer is no can do...not yet that is.

Agree, i'm thinking to file another complaint on the pricing of the download contents. Want them to know our dissatisfaction. It really makes no sense to justify buying from PSN my.
