Covillea & surrounding properties will boom like mad, like crazy, like nobody's business as people will pay premium for the children's education inclusing finding a residence nearby.

Bukit Jalil is set to soar. Covillea can easily fetch RM1mil now.

This unit best for own stay. All rooms comfortably spacious. Living hall, master and 3rd room has golf view. 2nd room has babe swimming view. Wahahaha!
