Any of you had finish your renovation n moved in?
I heard the occupancy is almost 30% already!

Last Wednesday I was walk around the management had taken care of those units which i showed in the pictures.

Meanwhile I spotted a unit on level 5 block B I think the unit number should be No.8 (if I'm correct)
I think the owner is planning to fix the air cond for its room 3 on the wall facing the corridor.
Could some one please help to inform the management to advice them that's not allow to do
I will also go to the management by this weekend

i was told a-08-02 sold last weekend for rm820k - can any real estate agents confirm? if it's true, i may need to raise my selling price - please confirm. thank you.

wow... just did a quick check in iprop and notice on average the lower asking price has been bumped up to circa 680k.

propwall also showed an increased asking rate at rm540psf currently.

looks like covillea is slowly flushing out all the flippers and gaining stability and steady appreciation still.

Boss... Already got few units transacted 580psf liao.. Both 1293 & 1415sf... Bare units...

If still can find anything lower than 700k... Better grab it fast... don't be fooled by some of the agents that is promoting old stocks, which they do not aware it has been sold.. Or fake ads...
