2.4k semi-furnished for original purchaser especially block b should still manage to break even with minor positive cash flow.
somehow i doubt 2.4k is readily available. even if there is, there shouldn't be too many units. after all, there's only a maximum of 300+ owners.

I am wondering how the guy install the aircon outdoor unit. In future how the owner going to service the aircon if got something wrong with it.

Many units are doing the same, they are covering the existing window at kitchen. I think not against the rules.

Also wondering how the contractor going to plaster the external wall that covering existing window, am quite sure that if they dont plaster it and paint back the same color as external wall then it is against the rules.

No rule say must plaster back or paint back.

But rule say cannot renovate till change external facade of condo, so this is actually illegal to begin with.

Suggest those units be earmarked and inform the management.
If one starts not complying, many more would follow suit.

i bought mine at Baagus.. all in about 2.8k. =)
very nice quality too for me at least.
