2.4k semi-furnished for original purchaser especially block b should still manage to break even with minor positive cash flow. somehow i doubt 2.4k is readily available. even if there is, there shouldn't be too many units. after all, there's only a maximum of 300+ owners. good luck mate and no worries.

Also wondering how the contractor going to plaster the external wall that covering existing window, am quite sure that if they dont plaster it and paint back the same color as external wall then it is against the rules.
