I'm planning to buy a unit at Covillea for own stay. Which would be the recommended block? A or B? Definitely prefer the one with the swimming pool & golf course view. Would need all the advise i can get...

I did raise n filled the complain form at the management office on the same day!
But one week later it still there and the one who hang their clothes on the wi Dow still do the same! Let you guys look closer how they do on the hosting Another unit at block B, conquered the the corridor with the renovation tools! I wander the management is sleeping ! |

how is the rental here? any demand?
anyone successfully sold their unit yet? From what I heard, a lot of asking prices but no buying. Just want to hear from actual owners if selling is indeed difficult. |
