People. I told management office about "bank vault door" but no action taken. WTF.

Can the rest of the brothers and sisters here raise some noise?

Not that keng chao la, it is just a very thick stainless steel door grill. Definately violate house rule as color code of door grill is not comply aledi.

if he take down his main door and replace with this door is NOT against the house rules, as house rules never mention u can't replace ur main door tongue.gif

No restrictions on main door as far as i konw, they only control on the grill door design n color.
So u can install any door as your main door :@

Guys, beside door @ 5th floor, a/19/2 grill door also very nice, change external wall color too.
a/5/5 garden unit built water feature also no control…the canopy roof encroach to neighbors air con ledge management also don't know, they all sleeping

I'm planning to buy a unit at Covillea for own stay. Which would be the recommended block? A or B? Definitely prefer the one with the swimming pool & golf course view. Would need all the advise i can get...

Also, if any owners here are looking to sell their unit, please PM me.

I did raise n filled the complain form at the management office on the same day!
But one week later it still there and the one who hang their clothes on the wi Dow still do the same! vmad.gif

bro, i think management is man power shortage. so is hard for them to running around to check and alot of unit is under renovation, so i think them just close 1 eye as long no complaint by tenant. hope this will not happen in future

sometimes really speechless when look at the selfish people behaviour...never ever consider their action will cause the damage of the common area, always think about make their own unit beautiful, do not care about common area...

how is the rental here? any demand?
anyone successfully sold their unit yet?

From what I heard, a lot of asking prices but no buying. Just want to hear from actual owners if selling is indeed difficult.
