As i know, earlier batch got below 400k for 12xx sqft and they got some discount..

yea... abit jelly Covillea owners... especially those facing south direct golf view..
KM1 also not bad.. but maybe after completion, still have to bare with the on going construction of KM east and low rise villa surrounding KM1 west..
