Looking at the demand of savanna (3k-3.2k for nice f/f units, taken), it should be achievable. however might not be easy to achieve that within 1st year, the market might need some time to absorb the sudden supplies.

covillea have limited supply only.
deduct % for own stay.
deduct owners targetting student rental.
deduct owner flipping.
balance would be your competitor.
think would most probably looking at less than 100 units?

Same case with Alvin and Carmen. They registered as new user and create new thread to promote their property. Moderator remove their thread or move them to property classified section. Maybe u should find over there or create new thread over there.

According to a developer's friend, new ruling required internal plastering before external painting and coating. That's why you dint notice much changed from outside. If you go nearer, you will notice some workers are coating the unit's interior now.

Since this is a dibs project, developer will want to handover earlier than later to save interest.

Kochin, if you win the bkt, you win even more from the early vp smile.gif

nothing to do with the so call ruling, the external plastering not started because their safety platform, scaffolding & safety netting not yet comply to JKKP & kena complaint from Vista K.

They are building too fast for me. Hope they slow down or stop work. Need to start installment earlier if they handover earlier.

But not good for Kochin Kor ... he is waiting to realize the gain to relace his car. What car u planning to buy ?? Honda City ? Cash buy ? biggrin.gif

1. faster for own stay
2. faster for rental
3. faster for disposal

first time come across buyer wishing late handover??
replace with 2nd hand naza ria <rm20k or proton exora at rm76k nod.gif

I just tot that investment 10% deposit of property .. if delay 6 months and PSF up by 3% that is 30% return on 10% deposit pay because of DIBS. Of coz your loan credit got locked and price could go down also la instead of going up ...

LAD is subjected to payout of 10% max of your purchase price.
and if not mistaken it's calculated at daily based on 10% per annum.
so say purchase price is rm500k.
10% of rm500k = rm50k.
rm50k/365=xx
xx is what you're gonna get per day subject to < 10% of purchase price.
is this correct, ah?
