Hi, do you guys know whether will be perimeter fencing or brick wall to separate NKVE with RIA3? Thks very much

If I not mistaken, I think it's perimeter fencing with anti climb feature just like those used in Setia Eco Park. But, please clarify again.

Problems with security? The only thing I know is 1 house kena rompak because the robbers just follow the house owner in and the guard never stop the car.

Access road is would be very desireable, after all, one of the selling point was the access road. I wonder if they will deliver as promised. Afterall, they have a reputation to uphold.

Yes, entire Sutera Damansara is perimeter fenced, anti-climb. No bricks seen.

Yes, entire Sutera Damansara is perimeter fenced, anti-climb. No bricks seen.

i believe the access road you are referring to is the one tat link into sri damansara to shorten the distance right?

but when i went to the show house during the ria 3.....the sales ppl (from osk) did not commit that the access road will be build / open and did not use it as the selling point woh.....they said is subject to approval by the local council?

but i saw...they been clearing the access road.........

but definitely the resident in sri damansara gotta protest man.....

Yes, they used it on the 1st and 2nd phase. For phase 3, they dare not use that as a selling point anymore but most of the buyer knew about the access road.

Another is the link to McD Damansara Damai no need to pass through the Armanee road. Also pending. Dare not promise anything.

The acess road to Sri Damansara is tough la. But that one to McD Damansara Damai should not be any issue. If the access road to Sri Damansara can be approved, our property in Sutera Damansara will up and up again.

It is indeed good news to have 2 access roads to Sutera Damansara residential area but the one road that we WANT the most is the link road to Bandar Sri Damansara....

And I don't see there any chances we can get a road that connects us to Jln Sungai Buloh unless they plan to build a flyover over PLUS highway.

Bleak?

I been there like more than 10 times. Cause the developer show room is Gloria everytime smoke outside there, can't hear anything at all. Probably I'm old edi, a bit deaf. laugh.gif

Well road access is not ready so no way to know. You raised a good point there. Later bring it up with SA see what they say. I worry about dust too. Which lot u bought? Pm me if u would like to keep it private. Cheers.

I have a unit there as well. Floria Semi D. Still have not decide whether to stay or offload it when price is right. I am quite satisfy with the overall environment in Sutera but only complaint is the access road.

Floria is 2 storeys or 2 1/2 storeys Semi-D unit? Forgotten about it. Haha. But i like the the 2 storeys design and layout.
Went there last weekend to check out my Ria 2 unit. Looks like it's almost complete and i just submitted the application for electricity and water last month. Just wondering when can take keys. tongue.gif

The current access road will definitely not be able to cater for the whole Sutera Damansara once residents started to move in. I believe the access road that will lead us to the McD will be opened. Not sure about the Sri Damansara access road though. Still got shoplots and a condominium as future development. sweat.gif

Floria is 2 stry. McD access road will definetly be good no need to pass through so many speed bumps. thumbup.gif

They started planting trees and extending the Sutera Springs as I visited today. Ria III sold out. I heard after the shoplot & condo, might have townhouse as well.

I stay near there only. When go Giza or shopping pass by just drop by and take a look blush.gif Every month sure drop by once to chat with SA and drink free kopi tongue.gif

Wah u dunno sutera springs? That is one of the scaping feature that draw me to buy the unit there. What makes you purchase a unit there?

You should be able to see it if you along the way to Ria 3 construction site or the future access road to McD. Everyone will pass by that Sutera Spring for sure if you use the McD access road exit. Ria 3 should have a mini-spring as well if I am not mistaken from what I see model scaling, got a mini-river behind G1-G4 units. Or probably a big longkang laugh.gif

But children playground damn small. Floria and Gloria got thier own children playground, Ria 1 has it's own. Not sure about Ria 2. Probably later I update once the access road is ready. Want to go in and take a look, take some pictures and see the workmanship quality.
