820K? that's low. Perhaps you can get Ria 1 with that price. I would expect 850K min for RIA 2 and RIA 3. That's the bank evaluation 1 year ago. Not sure how much it is now.

the traffic light exit main road malfunction since yesterday.
bloody hell 3km journey took 1 hr to exit main road.  |

When is the MRT expected to be ready? Hope it's gonna ease the congestion over there. The value seemed to be stagnating at 850k

Damai station is under MRT Line 2. will be completed in 2 years time from now....
Sg buloh station will be running this month... |

Anyone looking for a tenant in Sutera? My tenant has been a very good paymaster but I'm selling my unit and she's happy staying there.

Noticed that the land in front of the hardware shop has been demolished and heard that the condo is upcoming. Any news on the access road ???

No news about access road. KNS. even the alternative road (near sri embun ) to MCD also not start yet. Furthermore, is quite jam if want enter to small road because every 1 is park along road side Hero Market. |
