No point, that road actually leads back to the same Jalan Kuala Selangor ( main road) so it;s basically another exit to the same damn congested road.

We need a link to Bandar Sri Damansara, thats what will save this place.

Hi to sutera damansara owners, I am interested to buy Ria3 for own stay.

But I heard that there was issue of snake or wild animals, because behind the house got lots of trees and grass.... is it true?

If it is true then it will be a turn off to me....

appreciate your advice before I make decision

I visited already and saw squirrel playing on the trees... haha

yup...So far haven't encounter before...I believe floria and gloria would have much more concern on this as they just beside sutera spring

i have been staying there for 4 yrs. my house never kena anything la.
downside is traffic jam in the morning and noise from behind highway.

yes only 1 row in Ria 3 where back alley facing the highway may face this noise issue, and also the semi-d. But not that serious la...

unless your working hour is flexi, u can go out after 9am which can avoid the jam.
sound from highway not so serious, if u want more quiet then install better soundproof windows.
btw, what is the subsale asking price now? hmm.gif

I hv been staying at Ria II for close to 3.5 years and the area is nice to stay (pretty quiet). Jam is horrible though unless you leave your house before 6.30am. The traffic at night is getting worse even after 8pm. Nowadays from the main junction (after Courts) to turn into Damai and subsequently Sutera will easily take you 25 mins during peak hours. Morning after 7am is about the same. Once the condos out there are ready I think it will be worse. There are just too many cars parked along the roadside for those who stay in the flats.

working hour not flexi, but will have to send kids to school, so will have to leave house before 6.30am.

have been checking the traffic on google map every morning, it should be alright if leave before 6.30am.

asking price for end lot is about RM1.1m, high?

Thanks for your reply. my wife like the environment actually, quiet and low density.

But jam is the only issue I think. like you said, once the condos are ready then can't imagine.

Still thinking whether this is a good buy or not....

before 630am should be alright as my parents go out about the same time. very smooth.
end-lot used to be selling 880-950k if not mistaken... 1.1m now didnt appreciated much. blink.gif
