Hi, just curious. Y onli master bathroom pipe ? If OSK using cheap pipe, means all bathroom piping will eventually hv problem rite ? I'm not contactor, so dun understand is it due to cheap pipe or bad workmanship ? Is tis common in all new houses ?

I was told that the leakage was due to the positioning of the piping or the joints. Not so much on the quality of the piping. Upon defect rectification by OSK, the problem came back again until I had to pay on my own to get it rectified.

It's better not to rely developer..Dig own pocket if can would be much more ideal..Especially after so mny defects case heard..They only solve the issue for temporarily..
Before i moved in my contractor already told me about toilet water won't run smooth..
It'll stuck and sure water will seeping and cause leakage...

Hopefully have some good news to share.... Sutera Damansara is such a beautiful development but spoilt by the access road....

Heard that gonna have a new service apartments launching soon in damai...Hope access road to be built first..

Hopefully with more residents, more people complain and the noise will be louder...

Residents or the resident associations should instead lobby the authority not to approve any new developments unless the developer construct new access road.

IMHO, Sutera Damansara RA should join force with Damansara Damai RA (if there is) and bring their concern to the OSK and authority. Make a bad publicity to OSK as irresponsible developer. OSK still have a lot of new project around, they sure do not want this shit flow out and affect their reputation. Also, good thing about strong opposition party, if one party do not willing to listen, opt for another party who willing to help. Then, all the voter in the whole Damansara Damai should open their eye big big to see who are the real helper or who talk cock sing song.

As it involves new housing developments in the area, should make noise or lobbying to pressure the authority on not to allow new projects. Also, make lot of noises on any new housing developments in the area, then the developer concerned would be

Totally agree. OSK is really irresponsible developer. Only want to sell n sell but not develop the area as home. We should let everybody know about this so that impact their project in Sutera as well as others development.

Different project.. OSK one in shah alam.. To bat, the clause is in the SnP but they dnt have the approval to extend just yet but asking the buyers to sign..

Environment & Impact Assessment report for the proposed MRT Line 2 is now available at certain places (eg. at DBKL, National Library, Majlis Perbandaran Selayang, MRT office, etc) for public viewing from 20 April 2015 to 19 May 2015.

Written comments in relation to the above can be forwarded to Department of Environment by not later than 4 June 2015.
