Is there any community association for Sutera Damansara? If can gather more residents, at least our voice will be louder. If not, nobody will listen to us.

There is already a RA formed. Whether they are working on anything or not...nobody knows. Maybe they are still pooling for more ppl or seeking help from authorities, nobody knows.....

I do agree with you, we need to start pulling our sleeves to make this work, starting from residents who actually live there at this very moment, not owners...if not the whole township will collapse n choke by this one road access.

if only Sutera Damansara residents may not be sufficient, as not many is occupied by the owners.
Some more many of the Semi D is still left vacant.

But if the ppl in Damansara Damai are involves, it may make things moving.

Residents or Residents Associations should lobby hard the local authority on not to further approve any new developments unless alternate access roads to be built..

and do something like what Sri Damansara resident did until no access to sri damamsara allowed.. make more noises and involve the media..

the new development is likely launch this year.

If the new access is not approve, the new development will still will go ahead one, maybe adjust the price.

But for gomen to decide on the new access, many things need to be done, like call for a public hearing etc. so I just wonder anybody know what is the status/ stage now ?

I dont listen to developer, as they can simply said gomen is 'considering', 'pending approval
i heard that when I bought my sutera in 2009.

Would there be Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) done as part of the requirement for property project ? If yes, hopefully, it would compel developer to built alternate access road.. My 2 cents

is CH Quay ur s&p lawyer also ?
If you using different lawyer, there could be a delay due to transfer of file.

I just submitted to my s&p lawyer, Henry Lim & co in Jan 15.
as i am no urgent, so no bother to call to follow up.

Stamp duty (MOT) is bear by developer.
Purchaser still need to pay for the legal fee & disbursement for the perfection of charge.

this legal is not the s&p when we bought this property. as that legal fee for s&p is also bear by developer.

sorry still confuse rclxub.gif
ok, if this need to pay by purchaser, should it be done during the S&P and other legal documents during purchase period right?
or you mean this should be done even after i have gotten my house key and stay there for nearly 2 years?
thanks notworthy.gif
