Ya..thinking the same..5ft land really not useful...10ft land the price would be another story..really can't afford liao....by the way still considering the area since it's so traffic congested...still hoping a new access.........

Mah Sing is launching its Damansarara Sentral's preview today. Lets see what is the response as it will determine the price in Sungai Buloh area. Also, I noted in fact the condo/ apartment in One Damansara has been increasing (from Asking price of RM360k when VP to now around RM390K) Really hope the price of SD can closing the gap of many of the PJ landed propertied which already touching RM1.0mil benchmark.

what makes u consider this place??..... At first quite like it...it's abit like DPC concept..and some semi high end feel but nw with the low cost scare it's will turn out to be hell place...just like another saujana damansara...

I do not think Saujana Damansara is guarded anyway. I opined SD has a better landscape and the width of the road between house is more spacious than saujana. Also most important, the entry level (referring to purchase price) between this 2 development is very obvious, so neighbour profile will be different. DPC would be another level, of course.

but nw with the low cost..i believe osk is given pressure by gov to build a low cost at thr... scare osk might have already given up on this project.. Scare thy just want build and leave..with poor maintenance this place sure will turn out from semi high end to normal....

800k is the price ask by agents..but don't think so can sell at that price.... I'm still considering.... With the only access plus it's only guarded with no fencing or brick wall around...that makes this place abit risky to flips..........

In that case subsales purchaser need pay MOT again??..or already included in the stamp duty that purchaser pay??....As i knw ria 3 owner still haven't get title so any purchaser will need do deed on assignment...wondering in that case purchaser need pay twice MOT or nt...

MOT already included on the amount of stamp duty,rite?...So whn the title is out for perfect transfer do we purchaser need pay again??...The first stamp duty already 10k++...still need forge out another sum again?...
